A LITTLE PREPARATION HELPS
Before you get in touch
Vornado’s consumer-care page covers product questions, returns and replacement parts. It also links to a separate warranty-claim process. Have the type or model and serial number available for the manufacturer, but leave those private details out of any public review.
Suggest a contact correction- Find the model number and purchase date before asking about a part or warranty.
- For a product fault, follow the manufacturer’s published safety instructions.
- Confirm that a replacement part is intended for your exact model.
